Seasoning
Wash the salad and the basil leaves, Season, then put in two deep plates. Add the seeds and croutons.

Finely chop the onions and Cut the eggs into quarters. Add volume to this salad by adding smoked salmon, Serrano ham and a quenelle of mackerel rillette. Add the Cheese Shavings.

Decorate !
Decorate with a few colorful & edible flower petals. Finish with a few touches of aromatic herbs and lemon zest.
