At RIVE, Chef Jérôme Cousin creates refined yet never pretentious cuisine, guided by the seasons, daily market arrivals, and local producers. Everything here is homemade: bread shaped and baked on site, house-smoked salmon, carefully crafted sauces, and perfectly mastered cooking techniques.
