La Baguernette

There is nothing like a hearty meal to round off a tour of the Audomarois wetlands with ISNOR. La Baguernette, only a couple of minutes from Saint-Omer in the heart of the last cultivated wetlands in France is a favourite stopping place for walkers.
The menu offers a range of traditional Flemish dishes: carbonnade, waterzooï, tartouille or maroilles sausage. It also serves tea-time treats in the afternoon such as ice-cream, waffles, pain perdu (French toast) and beer tart. The welcoming and lively atmosphere makes this a favourite place to stop off at with the family or friends.

In the heart of the Saint Omer wetlands, we are ideally located for discovering the various footpaths through the marshes, the forest and the surrounding villages.

There is a room upstairs available for meetings. We provide all the necessary facilities (video projector and sound system) to allow you to work and relax in the best possible conditions. Clients particularly appreciate our tastings of regional products.
