A winter cocktail filled with aromas
Recipe proposed by the Restaurant l'Hôtel du golf
Pour the cider into a glass.
Add an orange zest and a lemon zest then a few drops of lemon as well as the cloves and star anise. Add a teaspoon of brown sugar.
Heat with a nozzle until boiling.
Decorate a stick of cinnamon and half an orange slice.
Add at the end of the preparation, to keep the aromas, the teaspoon of honey.
